Sanković has developed over the years a method that he defines as a "natural method".
Sanković works according to an observational logic that focuses on the natural characteristics of the player, an approach that moves away from mathematics and preset schemes to approach a strategy that is based on harmony and synergy between players thanks to their natural predispositions.
This method has led to important results and thanks to this it has managed to transform players into top players at national level.
